“Had a wonderful stay here aside from a leaking roof one day that management didn't care about and we cleaned up the water ourselves. The bed was uncomfortable after the first few days but generally the room was great. Free continental breakfast in the morning was a bonus and with best in the west across the street and the on-site restaurant we managed dinners. Great beach, security, pools and friendly staff make this place what it is.”

“I am so glad I stayed here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. My cabin was at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Plus its right across from Ricks Cafe. There are so many different types of food. It is hot in Jamaica but your body adjusts over time. But honestly the place is great. I am planning another trip and I will definitely stay here!!!!”

Wenn es sehr windig ist, kann man leider nicht im Meer schwimmen da dann das Wasser zu "wild" und somit gefährlich ist. Aber der Pool ist super, sehr sauber und gepflegt. “First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. The resort could use a lot of work regarding those things mentioned. Especially the lack of poolside service as well. There were hardly any staff that came over to ask if we needed anything. “From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. “The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. There was multiple times the owner could’ve reached……

“We literally were only there for half hour and had to leave! Please is outdated, room smelled molded! Bedsheets and bedding were dirty, that is had pee stains! Went outside the room to catch my breath from the room and a lizard about went in my hair! The room door had gaps that insect or lizard could come in! We left and tried to get a refund but we're out right denied, even though we were there for half an hour!”
