"The staff was great, but somehow they double booked my room? I don’t know, but I was in and out of the room all day because my band was playing a show down the block and when I came in for the night, my key card allowed me into the building, but not my room. When I asked the lady at the desk, she informed me that I’d been put in the system for a different room and not the one I was in. I had about $3000.00 worth of guitars and music gear in the room, so I was worried I was locked out and not going to be able to get back in or worse, they removed all my gear and it was just laying somewhere. However, it was nothing like what I thought and she got me a new key. Alls well that ends well, but it was just a little irritating. Overall, the staff was pretty great."

"The staff at Embass Suites in Charleston was very friendly and accommodating. There are two areas that could be improved. We went to breakfast at 7:45 and most of the hot items were gone. Also, accessibility to the stairs as an alternative to using the elevator could be improved i.e. where are the stairs located?!? and when we finally were able to find and use the stairs, the exit was onto the street!"
