“It's an older hotel with a modest facelift. It was as expected based on previous reviews. Room smelled strong of air freshener and was humid (we switched rooms and it was the same), the hallway was around 80°, and the elevator was sketchy. The folks at the desk were really friendly and accommodating, and gave us a late checkout. Staff were great. The quality didn't seem to line up with the cost ($180).”

“1st -the room smelled musty, like the air conditioner has a leak, 2nd- the TV & internet were horrible, some channels were for blind people, other channels no sound, other channels Spanish. For the prices you charge basic things should work. 3rd -the sheets had stains- rule of thumb throw it away if there is a stain especially a stain that looks like it from blood- use peroxide sometimes it get the stain out. 4th -there was hair ib the sheets- all sheets blankets pillow cases & bedspread should……

“Checked in and checked out within minutes. Staff was nice, lobby seemed clean and inviting but when I got to my room I noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well and then notice mold on the air conditioner unit and a bed bug on the curtains so I promptly left. Curtains looked like they needed replaced with wet rings and spots all over the valance. My co workers room looked much nicer and a bit newer like it had possibly been updated. Front desk was very courteous and kind about the situation took……
