“La habitación estaba muy limpia todo bien ”

“When we arrived there were no rooms available, even though we had a prepaid guarenteed reservation through Orbitz, and we were turned away. When we requested a refund via Orbitz it was denied. We were out aproximately $100 for the room and $25 for a taxi to another hotel. The only positive was that the Hotel clerk did help us find another hotel. I chated with and Orbitz agen for about 15 - 20 minutes who was virtually no help at all. ”

“The apartment was in bad shape. The only hot water was the bathroom sink. There was bugs in the apartment. The furniture was falling apart. The apartment lucked like it was under Construction. I would not advise booking a stay here. ”

“The pool and the room were in excellent condition, but my room didn't have an ocean view.”

“The shuttle service was great the hotel rooms are nice but I will say this I stayed in the upper section of the resort room 16 and it’s a hike up the stairs to the room but view was fantastic the real part that bothered me is the toliet it wouldn’t take paper so how do ya wipe ya butt :) other then that resort is great very low key relaxed and staff are allways nice and attentive ”

“Great location in a beautiful setting. Every staff member was amazing- always friendly and willing to help. Very clean with lush landscaping. You can actually swim to the reef for snorkeling from the end of their pier. We ate almost all of our meals on site, because the food was so good. Staff is very helpful & provided great recommendations for tours and other activities. Transportation is super easy and inexpensive.”

“My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.”

“Arca is spectacular! The hotel is small, private and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The location is excellent with the beautiful West Bay beach at your doorstep, a short walk to great snorkeling and a bunch of great restaurants and bars. However, the best food on the beach is at the Arca. The breakfast is amazing, and lunch and dinner offer lots of choices, salads, hamburgers or delicious fish dishes. But most all the staff are welcoming and friendly. They couldn’t……

“My stay at the Oceanview Hotel was great, but what truly sets it apart is the owner, Edgar, and his wonderful family. They are incredibly hospitable and friendly. We struck up a conversation over lunch at the hotel restaurant—where the food was excellent—and ended up talking about sports. When Edgar learned that I play pickleball at home, he invited me to join his family that evening for a game. I was in town on business to visit a cruise ship, and Edgar even went out of his way to drive me to……
