“They are very accommodating! Francesca was so nice and all the staff, Ronnie, Juan, eva fun. Food is a little pricey but staying there you get breakfast and it's very good. You also must eat at Smokys!! Carlos is awesome and the food is excellent!!!”

However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. “I had booked a room 43 of us.So the room consisted of a double bed and a pull out couch. Upon pulling out the couch, there was no bedding supplied for it. I found room service and of course no one bothered to get back to me,So my guest had to sleep with towels instead of sheets for the night and upon speaking with the manager, he said, I should have told them when we checked in that.I had needed bedding. Like, how was I supposed to know?That was something I was supposed to do. I assumed it would……

“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my stay at Roatán Media Luna Resort affiliated by Meliá between 18th and 21st of March 2026, in the room # 108. The bathroom floor in my room was in very poor condition, as evidenced in the photographs previously provided. The deterioration of the flooring not only affected the aesthetics of the room but also raised concerns regarding safety and proper maintenance standards expected from a property affiliated with the Meliá……

“What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible! The owners, staff and the locals who frequent the place were so warm and welcoming, you come in as strangers and leave as family! Can’t wait to return! ”

“I've stayed there 3 times and would do so again. The staff is fantastic, especially the manager. The pool is nice, the food is good and so are the drinks. It may be off the main strip but makes up for it in value.”

“Not a very good place to stay. Had to check in and out at a different hotel which is about 10 minutes away and had to keep messaging on Expedia as there was no other way to contactstaff. No water in the room when we first arrived and the drain in the shower smelt like sewage when we first turned it on and there was dirt in the sink and trainer footprints in the shower. Very quiet and seemed like we were the only people there and there was a lot of maintenance being done and men constantly……

“This place is a gem. Booked for a layover day and would definitely consider going back. Convenient location great services. Amazing access to good wading on a good sized flat with bonefish. Looked like great dive shop.”

“Beautiful beach with a restaurant and bar. Additional restaurant on the property called wikki grill. Very tasty and cool atmosphere. The room was big. We liked the walk on closet. Good ac as well My only complaint was the mattress was not comfortable. There was a big lump right where you lie and the sides of the bed tapered so you feel like you will roll off. Otherwise the place was amazing”

“We rented the room for a weekend getaway for my mom on her bday, she enjoyed every minute of it from the food, pool and everything. Just what she needed some relaxation. They even brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday 🙌!! She had a pool view from her room on the first floor she enjoy the fact that she didn’t had to climb the stairs lol. After all everything was wonderful.”
