“I travel at least a dozen times every year and normally stay at a Comfort Inn. I was extremely pleased with my stay in Crossville TN. I was very pleased with my room and the staff were happy to help a disabled senior lady. One thing that that really jumped out to me was that I could actually smell the cleanliness, even in the hallways. Some of my family members stayed there a few years ago, and hearing their comments, it seems this Comfort Inn has kept up their standards!”

“The location was great. Check-in was easy. Plenty of parking. The room was clean. The AC in the room got very cool which we really appreciated after a hot day. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the case with most hotels. The breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“Clean room, helpful staff, GREEN ALGAE POOL. Pool maintenance non existent during our 5 day reservation. Pool got greener and greener. My vacation plans centered on pool availability for my family. I used Expedia to locate lodging with pool. If you don’t expect to use a pool, this place is acceptable. If you choose it because of pool, understand that the pool is maintained by an outside contractor who dropped the ball every day of our stay. I left a day early because of this, getting zero offer……

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”

“Hidden gem. Very clean room. Nice staff. Breakfast was basic, but did have waffles which were really good. The movie theatre was added plus but we were too tired to take advantage of.”

“The room was dirty, There was black mold on the ceiling, the chairs were dusty and had had stains on them. The clothes hangers were dirty and rusty. The microwave did not work. This is the dirtiest place I ever stayed at. I did read the reviews and thought it was so cheap and how bad could it really be? The reviews were not lying. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you are very healthy, just need a shower and a bed to sleep in. Even then, good luck!”

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……

“Average at best in everything”

“Upon check in, the owner told me I needed to pay an additional $40 for a third person. I stated that I didn’t realize they charged for kids. The owner then questioned me about their ages to the point I offered to show my son’s drivers license. Then, when entering my room after check in my kids discovered dead bugs on the floor. They were very upset and concerned the room was not clean. I went to the office and spoke with the owner. He came immediately and picked up the bugs and said it was no……
