“Fantastic food and very nice rooms. The staff were also great with the a special mention of the girl with the awesome pink hair - she was a great host! “Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. “This property was severely lacking for the price point. We have stayed in “ castles” before, so we know what to expect. Kincraig’s exterior looks dirty. The roof needs attention. "Staying at this hotel was like a roller coaster of service, and I just wanted to get away. Breakfast: We were asked to pay an extra £18 per person, and we were told we could cancel it, but they forced it on us. Cleaning: The "wet" towels were placed on the bed, but how do I use them? Biscuits were only replenished on the last day. The cleaning standards varied from day to day, suggesting a problem with "standardized procedures" and "staff training." They even unplugged our chargers and threw them on the floor without permission. The lunch server said there were no sundaes, but the dinner server said they were available "all day.""
