A bit confusing on how to find it as it is a back cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen (though not used) is well stocked. What was not mentioned was there is a construction project of a towering addition to the front house so construction materials & workers were present. Work began at 8 am. The location is convenient and accessible throughout the day, which is a huge advantage in LA traffic, and likely would stay again if visiting the same areas of LA. There are three split AC units in the apartment, adequate to ventilate during the hot summer. Having a dedicated parking spot at this property is a huge plus, and made all the difference. “Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

I understand some older properties in LA have this issue but this was bad. I mentioned to the host but they said since they'd never heard of this problem before, there was nothing they could do.
