"The property was lovely, a little more business/office building area but a nice mall next door & fun food options. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back! "

"Nice and clean hotel. I asked for a room away from the street and it was very quiet. Comfortable bed. Had a good sleep. Parking is $39, less than other hotels I considered in the area. I would stay there again. "

"I really liked the hotel — cozy and well located. My only complaint is that the mattresses are quite soft, which might cause back pain if you prefer firmer beds."

Burton House, Beverly Hills, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We had such a great experience staying at the Burton House Hotel in Beverly Hills! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, yet still felt like a relaxing retreat.
Our family of four had plenty of space in our suite. It was a huge bonus that our two sons had their own room and bathroom, while my husband and I had our own separate space as well. The small kitchen nook was a nice touch—perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks.
As someone who loves a morning workout, I was thrilled with the gym. It had everything I needed for my daily run. Another fun and memorable feature was the adorable room service robot—it was such a unique and innovative touch that our whole family enjoyed.
The hotel's design and décor, especially in the bar and entry areas, were stylish and welcoming. Valet service was quick and super accommodating every time we pulled up. I know some guests have mentioned the parking cost, but we booked in advance through Expedia and only paid $32 per day after letting the hotel know—very reasonable for Beverly Hills!
What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the front desk staff. Every single time we walked in, we were greeted with a warm “welcome back” and genuine smiles. Their kindness and hospitality really stood out.
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and friendly place to stay in Beverly Hills!

"I prefer a local boutique neighborhood hotel to a chain, and The Carlyle Inn delivers that experience. The Robertson-Pico neighborhood is a lively area of LA bordering on Beverly Hills. A well-maintained property overall, the room was spotlessly clean, and the king bed very comfortable. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. I received free self-parking as a VIP bonus. Tip: use the bath mat when showering; the tub was very slippery. "
"Came up to LA for a weekend and tried this hotel. It was a great location, good rate and looked nice online. We really liked it and will stay there again. Had a great stay.
The design is pretty maximalist with some choices that might not be for everyone (we had a big table in our room), but we enjoyed it. The bed and shower are really nice. Didn’t check out the pool. Lobby restaurant is nice as well but we only got coffee there. Rooms had nespresso but there’s a barista in the restaurant.
There was a minor issue or two but the front desk was super responsive and took care of everything. Valet was quick too. Great staff all around.
We couldn’t have enjoyed the location more and had some great spots around it for coffee and breakfast if you want to venture out of the hotel.
It’s a remodel of an older hotel and not super tall so there was street noise on 3rd Saturday night we could hear. If that’s a a concern maybe ask to not face that way if possible. Didn’t keep me up though."
"The breakfast at the Olivia is terrific! Location is great, easy access to both Downtown and the West Side. Clean, comfortable, modern--a lovely amenity on this side of town. Check your room location --the back (south) and side (east) may be the quietest.
All in all, we liked this a lot and highly recommend!"
"The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The space was perfect for us and our two teenagers. It was a large room with the small kitchenette and the table the 4 of us could sit at. The large walk-in closet doubled as a changing room and a door separated the toilet & shower from the rest of the bathroom which helped when we were all getting ready at the same time. Location was great too. I’d definitely stay there again on our next trip! "

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Only issue I had is there is only one mirror in the room and that's in the restroom and it's not very close to you. "
Beverly Wilshire - Beverly Hills, A Four Seasons Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The staff is beyond helpful and courteous. The hotel has a historic feel with a modern and sophisticated flare. We walked for coffee and sat outside in a courtyard to enjoy the beautiful weather and Beverly Hills vibe. We also had breakfast at the hotel which faces Rodeo Drive. Amazing food and atmosphere including Cut, a Michelin steak house in the hotel. Some great restaurants are within walking distance and others a short ride away. The best spot for shopping, right at the foot of Rodeo Drive. The pool is small and tucked away and there aren't a lot of seats but other than that this hotel is perfect. "
"Stephen was very friendly and helpful in giving us local insight on things to do in and around Santa Cruz. Our initial reservation was only for 2 nights, but we extended our stay for 4 nights, and we loved the location and courteous, knowledgeable staff that we met. Even the security guard helped answer our questions!!"
"This property was beautifully renovated. I visited with my teen daughter and felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is very centrally located so if you are looking to hit up many sites in LA this is a great spot. Quiet and a little off the beaten path but definitely walkable to shopping (Century City) and Beverly Hills area. We booked the Gold level and it was great, They had a separate concierge lounge that you can get small breakfast items/appetizers/snacks and grab water/soda on the go. Bella (the other staff as well in the Gold level) were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend! "
