"Fantastic stay for a weeks work trip, service was absolutely amazing and i couldnt have asked for more. Everyone was super helpful , coming back from a day in the office it was like walking into a zen zone - with calimng music and relaxed vibes. "The overall rating is given "terrible" on account of false booking information on Expedia and not due to hotel facilities. When I made this booking, it was shown that breakfast is included in the booking but while making check-in at the hotel, hotel staff is asking to provide details in this regard. I am once again re-iterating that Expedia portal showed that breakfast is included in the booking. Even while checking this hotel on Expedia App, every room option is available with breakfast by default and cost of breakfast is shown as "0" (Zero). Several emails were also sent to grievance officer of Expedia but no response received. In view of above, it is requested to refund expenses made by me on breakfast."

"I found the bedroom layout unique. House keeping is doing a fantastic job...front desk personals very helpful and quick. The food dept is where i think improvement could be made. Breakfast options could be improved. I asked for 2 eggs, over easy and after a considerable wait i got one poached egg! Using room service i ordered a non veg club sandwich(through their online system) and to make sure that i had ordered correctly I called them and reiterated my order. What did I get? Two Veg Club Sandwiches!!"

Not worth money at all

"This place location is very bad and rooms are very basic. There is cabinet with no cover or broken covers. No toiletry. Old towels ugly. If you need anything you have to use their apps to get the stuff.overall I don’t want anyone to stay here. "

"This was an extremely dilapidated hotel. Fixtures are rusty, furniture is old and shows extreme wear and tear, I will not choose to stay here ever again. The staff person Rohit definitely helped us with securing train tickets. But the condition of the property is below mediocre. "
