“This hotel is very noisy and very dirty, although the room itself wasn't bad. The hallway and elevator floors were filthy. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging around the property and it appeared as if some of them were staying there. Maybe an ok environment for construction type workers staying from out of town but definitely not a family hotel.”

“Advertised as having a hot tub, but when i inquired, they said that service was no longer available at this location.”

“Orange juice at breakfast was warm. Fridge in room didn't work. Fingerprints on window glass and walls. Cable TV didn't work. They gave me another room which was better.”

“The tv not able to change the channel and difficult to unsubscribe”

“The pull out couch was very uncomfortable, the beds were marginally better. Generally the stay was good and the location was perfect for our needs.”

“Perfect place to stay for wedding. Easy to get to from the airport. Location is like being in the suburbs pretty much anywhere with the same shopping, eating, businesses. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one of the best according to husband. Loved the walk in shower and great water pressure. Bed very comfy and was able to control the room temp to our satisfaction. Only thing, for me, was we were right outside where the elevators were and you can here……
