“We chose Estes Park area and RMNP last year for our annual family trip. The home is positioned in an area where its short drive and close enough to both RMNP and suburbs; makes it very convenient to see Estes Park, RMNP, and go get forgotten items if needed. Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay there. Cleanlieness, the game room, seperate living areas, and the patio seating was excellent. So when traveling to CO our time is precious... this property made it possible for us to enjoy time with our family vs breaking our backs to try to visit everyone. “Rustic little cabin in great location for easy access to Boulder. Beautiful to be in nature and to see the stars at night. The only negative is that we were there in July and there is no air conditioning or ceiling fans in the bedrooms - so it was extremely hot and we all struggled to sleep for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely recommend during the cooler months.”
