"The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!"

"The room was clean, but you can really see the age of the building. The beds were clean, the bathroom was clean but is in need of repair (tile is moldy, drain stop missing, tub, two different colors, and rust around the door and toilet. The staff was very accommodating and helped us check in early. We had a little issue with the in room ac unit and it was replaced on the spot by maintenance staff. The bad began once we got our bags into our room as the adjacent room had very noisy guest who were playing music loudly and we could hear the children running and yelling; the staff was able to get them to quiet down and after 3rd time the noise stopped; music played all night and can hear people talking all night. We began winding down and were headed to the pool when we noticed it was “out of service” which was the main reason for our stay. After speaking with the front desk, we decided to stay due to the time and lack of availability of other hotels in the area. We found out there is a train track right behind the hotel which you can both hear and feel the trembling in our second floor room. Overall our experience was good, just a lot of frustration as none of these things were pointed out in the description or warned prior to our arrival the pool was not operational. As of 2/14/2026 the pool is broken. Check out was easy, breakfast was good. "
