Very clean and cozy! The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud! No corners cut in the cute property! We didn’t get to use the hottub because it rained almost the whole time. We will be back if we are back in the area!

Wonderful Option in Old Arvada

What a gem! Amanda’s funky Old Arvada spot oozes personality in all the best ways. She was an A-plus host—quick to respond and proactive about making sure the quirky details felt like pleasant surprises instead of gotchas. We had total privacy the whole time, and while we never quite made it into the hot tub, it looked perfectly inviting for next time. If you’re after a place with character, comfort, and a host who truly cares, book this one—you’ll love it. We’d come back in a heartbeat!
