“The check in process included a sales pitch for time shares to get your parking pass. That was annoying. The cottages are manufactured units about 14x40 feet. Each one has a deck and parking in front, which was nice. Having a living room was nice, as well as a full sized refrigerator. The trade off is a small bedroom that makes it hard to walk around the bed. You have about 18 inches to walk around the bed. There aren't any black out drapes, and the half size round windows dont have any……

“This place was charming. The decor was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. Drinks and snacks were left in the room for us. There was a Red Rock Pass provided for us to get into some of the parking lots. There were robes in the closet and plenty of towels. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! The patio was a nice place to eat our meals. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended!! ”

“Everything was perfect! I stayed for 2 nights alone. I loved the little outdoor area. Everything was so clean and had everything I needed! Would definitely stay here again!”

“The place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had was the shower leaked causing water to flow behind and around the toilet. We had to use towels to clean it up after each shower. Management was notified. It would have been nice to have a weeks worth of towels and washcloths available since we did rent it for the week, I ended up purchasing some washcloths to use during my stay. ”

“The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. ”

“Loved the location. Close to trails especially West Fork plus a community trail out the back door. Close to Sedona for all the great dining and shopping but away from the traffic. All communication with property manager, maintenance manager, and groundskeeper was easy and answered quickly.”

“What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated……
