"This was my first time leaving the country, and unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room, and we had to keep asking for small bath towels. That was very inconvenient. I also didn’t enjoy the food or the drinks. The drinks seemed very weak, and I couldn’t even get a buzz from them. The overall atmosphere seemed more suited for a younger crowd. There was a lot of rough playing in the pool, and at one point some of the younger guests almost knocked us over. When we asked them to stop playing so much around us, they got upset and even made rude remarks. There was also a fight in the pool, and no one stepped in to stop it, which was very concerning. Overall, I would say this resort may be better suited for younger guests who are looking for a party atmosphere. "Very clean property and attentive staff. Room mini bar was stocked daily with free water bottles and beverages. Food was very good and better than other inclusive resort foods but the only option for breakfast and lunch was at the buffet. One of the buffets was only open to privilege guests so not much options of food during the day. Also staff were a bit pushy with the “courtesy gifts”. However, resort was beautiful and I would recommend."

"Air conditioning would not shut off on either unit, elevator was down 3 of our 4 days, had to repeatedly request regular coke instead of Coke Zero. Food was meh, we won’t return"

"The hotel have manny issues first night no electricity on our room the room change us at 2 am by 11 am our room still with no electricity after that no one person make sure that we where okey , the bars where very poor and the personal because we speak Spanish don’t we us the same services as the other until I only speak English then everything change that was very disrespectful, cleanliness on the room was poor the public areas where okey, the only good place was the catamaran activity and the Spa. "
