"The hotel overall has a very relaxing atmosphere, designed like townhouses set within a natural oasis of palm trees, greenery, and pools. The animation team does an excellent job, engaging, energetic, and fun, while never being overly pushy. The beach is beautiful, with soft white sand and a comfortable seabed for walking. A special thank you to Derlin, who was extremely helpful in organizing our leisure time. Our evenings were well planned, restaurant reservations arranged, and checkout handled smoothly thanks to his support. It was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic, and I will definitely be coming back, very likely to this hotel (especially if I have a short vacation, need a highly reliable hotel option and no time for trial and error)."
