“Condo was spacious, well maintained, very clean, in a great location, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. Property actually had 2.5 bathrooms which was a nice surprise.Only issue we had was the garage code during check in, which was mentioned in other reviews so it may be helpful to update the check-in instructions to avoid confusion for future guests.”

“We enjoyed our stay a lot! View of the water was amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable and immaculately clean and maintained. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Nice clean hotel. Always got a parking spot. Host was very responsive to our needs. Good kitchen so we could prepare meals for the two of us when we didn't go out for dinner.All in all worked out great for our 5 day stay.”

“The room is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and basic needs. Easy check-in/out process. Location in Coconut Grove is excellent to walk to all the nearby restaurants, stores, and marina. I had a car and didn't move it for the weekend.”

“Unit is very nice. Beautiful views. Firm bed. Great shower pressure. Plenty of supplies. There is no dresser for clothes but 2 closets.Always love having a washer and dryer.Host Lorelei was a wonderful communicator and when our flight was cancelled helpful in making sure we could stay an extra night. Highly recommend ”

“Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!”
