“Knobs needs repair. Twin beds are smal without sufficient comforts. Found hair on ground of bathroom. The hotel has the best view, but needs more care for details. Otherwise, I prefer moving to chain hotels next time.”

“This is an excellent hotel in a prime location, just a short walk from the energy and activity of Coconut Grove. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the property met expectations in most respects. The only drawback was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. The room is cleaned before arrival and after departure, but no interim service is provided. For a week-long stay, this was a noticeable limitation. we would have appreciated fresh towels, basic cleaning, and a change of linens.”

“the hotel was great except for one thing (trivial) there were no bedside charging ports.. the setup was there for it, but the actual plugs were not. there was even an alarm clock with usb charging slots that had 0 power and so did not work as well. i say this is trivial because there were a lot of wall plugs by the chair and on the desk had a multi charging station with both plugs and usb ports. its just that i prefer the ability to have my phone by the bedside. everything else was grear. the……

“Not as advertised, no A/C, and poor cleanliness/response The listing photos/room shown online did not match the unit we were actually given. The unit we received was materially different from what was advertised. The biggest issue: no working air conditioning. Instead of a functioning A/C system, we were given a portable unit that was extremely loud and produced a strong, unpleasant odor (like fish / burning plastic), making it hard to breathe or sleep.
