“We ask to clean the room, we stay for a week we found a dirty sock under the chair and the chair cover of dog hair they never did it they clean the room one time one day before we left!”

“The water in the shower was very cold. Unable to turn it to the hot. The leaver would not go to the hot. Had to take cold showers.”

“The room was clean however the air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms and we had to be moved to another room away from the rest of the family. The other room the tv was so dim that we couldn’t see anything. Also, there was a traveling baseball team so the jacuzzi was not available to other guests due to the numbers of youth that were in the jacuzzi/pool area. Also, I had reserved these rooms in February and they were given to someone else before we arrived. Supposedly……

“We had an amazing stay at Mont Rest! Hearing the history from Chris (the owner) was an added treat! So crazy to see how she saved the property not once, but twice! The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was incredible. I loved that there wasn't a huge push to get people checked out. Our room was lovely and well appointed! We cannot wait to schedule another long weekend in Bellevue!”
