“Exactly what we needed for our weekend in Durham. Would definitely stay here again.”

“This property is fabulous! It’s a historic building, in a fantastic location, close to everything in downtown Durham. It’s also only a half mile away from Duke’s east campus. The third floor unit is very spacious. It overlooks a courtyard, so no nosy neighbors looking in though the massive windows. As they state in the description, it IS an old warehouse space with a loft feel, so some noise does travel through the hallways. However, we were never disturbed by ANY excessive noise. “This sweet little spot is close to everything we needed. It’s within walking distance of Duke University and just a short drive to an assortment of restaurants and bars. The space is well-decorated, clean and comfortable. We would like to stay again sometime.”

“My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. “My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not……

“We were in Durham for a show at DPAC. Pros: Very convenient (walking distance). Secure building w/convenient parking. Easy check-in and good communication. Plenty of room w/good WiFi. Cons: The unit is scruffy - cabinets, counters, furnishings are showing their age and (for the price) could use to be updated. The unit had thick layers of dust on light fixtures & furnishings. We shared this w/the management company, who offered to clean while we were there but I didn't want all that dust loose in……
