"Very convenient to hospital. Staff friendly and helpful. Room well kept spacious and clean. Older building so walls a bit thin and hallways lack carpeting so it can be a bit noisy at times. Overall for the price it is a well placed place to stay. "

"Didnt eat the breakfast. The parking lot is absolutely horrible. Senior Citizens have to walk a country mile to get to the front door. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We were in 311. Whoever was on the 4th was running and jumping. We called to the front desk and complained. We come to Durham once a month. Family Member has cancer. We come for her treatment. Our 2nd time staying there. We will not be back. "

"Worst Hilton experience ever! AC not working for 2 day stay. Room smelled fishey. Dangerous entrapment issue with bathroom door. Reported to staff with zero response. Asked to see manager at checkout but none on site. Requested a call. Not holding my breath. Stay away from this place. "

"The airport shuttle was a lifesaver, had to be at the airport at 3 a.m. and it was sitting there ready for me at 2:45 a.m. I also enjoyed the cocktail at the bar, it was a low-key way to end my stressful day. I felt safe in this hotel (woman traveling solo for this trip). "
