"There was a huge party, in the pool, extremely loud and heavy alcohol use. You couldn’t use the elevator for 2 to 3 cycles because people on the elevator were just riding it up and down never getting off. They just stayed in the elevator smoking substances other than tobacco . Cops came beating on ..."
