“Great place, clean and perfectly located near everything we wanted. Host was quick to answer any questions I had. Area looks a little sketchy at night, but it was perfectly safe and we were not bothered by anyone. Bring earplugs to sleep, the road is right outside of the window and has constant traffic all night. We sleep with earplugs and it did not disturb our sleep. I would stay hear again and would definitely recommend this place and host.”

“The location was excellent as we were in town to attend a concert at Cleveland Browns stadium (5-10 minute walk). Also very convenient to The Flats with numerous restaurants and bars (5 minute walk). Also attended an Indians (Guardians) game, which was a 20 minute walk from the condo. The rooftop was the highlight of the property, however, with excellent views of Lake Erie and the Browns stadium. ”

“The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and……

“Super clean property with very comfortable beds! The location was also super close to many things to do which was nice as well. Plenty of room and the check in process was super simple. The only issue for us was parking around the building. We checked out a few different lots and none had in-and-out privileges which meant we had to……

Super clean, bright, and spacious, with such a comfortable vibe.The location was perfect…close to so many great restaurants, bars, and an easy walk to central downtown. “I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages.……
