“They couldn’t find my reservation although they charged my credit card twice (they did cancel one charge when brought to their attention) The breakfast was one of the worse I have seen. Also the door to the room although it closed it didn’t latch and was easily PUSHED open. When brought to staffs attention they said sorry.”

“There are several best westerns in the Carlisle area. I have stayed at ones that are not this one apparently. Because if I had stated this one prior to this weekend, I would not have returned. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana! The front desk receptionist kindly moved me into a room that was on a hallway that smelled a little less of marijuana, but still the entire place reeked! The side door where people were going in and out to smoke did not lock. That made me feel a little uncomfortable.……

“Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is……
