"No pool bars were open. Concierge told us we could bring any food and any beverages down to the pool. We got in trouble for bringing our drinks and food down."

"We were given handicap room..not sure why. The door bell for this room rang at all hours of the day and night by itself. It was not fixed. Also, we had bigger room and I had to convince several time that this room was missing a floor lamp, which put 1/2 the room in total darkness. Finally, the maintenance man rectified this extreme problem"

Half the lights in our room were missing lightbulbs, we also had a section missing for outlets. We were told that room service would come ever other day, but we did not see them once in our 5 day, 4 night stay. There was a cockroach and a dirty bandaid. If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head at night, this is the place for you. But beware, very misleading advertisements."
