“The door was kicked in and broken. Lock didn’t work. No tables or chairs. I assume they were stolen. TV didn’t work. I immediately left and went to another hotel with no refund.”

“Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. ”
