“I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean.……

The restaurant could be better, in fact I noticed this everywhere I stayed and ate in CR, a major disappointment as far as the cuisine. I get better CR food in Queens NY. ”

“Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. ”

“Beautiful property, the shared outdoor kitchen was so nice to use and then sit and enjoy the sounds of birds and the fresh air. I now wish I could have my own! The room was fine, had all the necessary essentials and the AC worked great. The space indoor and outdoor felt safe and secure and the other guests were respectful and polite.
