“The breakfast menu was hood and the kitchen person was super friendly. Lindsey at the front desk was also friendly. Towelss had stains. Floors were not clean.”

“I stayed here at least 10 times, while working nearby. Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts. I’ve made special requests a couple times and was met with prompt response……

“I had to call maintenance every time the toilet needed flushing, standing there in a towel while a stranger works on the toilet. Also had homeless people hanging around the property making it uneasy to move around evening/night hours. Poor communication with staff. ”

“Breakfast ootions were lacking and not what you typically expect to see at a motel that serves breakfast. (Frozen Jimmy Dean Sausage Biscuits and frozen Breakfast burritos were a.ong the options)”

“The first room the door wouldn't open with the key card. The attendant had to open the door with her key. The ac unit had broken vents and was full of mold. The towels were filthy along with the room and the tv didn't work. The second room needed towels but it was cleaner than the first one. ”

“When we arrived, we were assigned a room key to the wrong room. When we tried to enter the room, someone opened the door and yelled at us and it was not our fault. The room was not cleaned well Stain on the carpet and on the back of the bathroom door. ”

“Very nice place to stay. Clean and silence. The staffs are very kind to help~”
