"Great neighborhood, very walkable to great restaurants and ocean nearby. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Renovation is in progress but hotel gave very clear communication about this and we weren't bothered at all by any noise or interruptions."

"The hotel has definitely gone downhill a bit. Recently stayed and the suite we were in had a constant loud AC running all night and the mini fridge was also loud, unable to get a good night sleep.Also the carpet had red stains and front staff at desk could be more nice, their not very friendly. "

"This is a great resort for a family or extended family stay-cation. With many pools, golf, a fishing pond, rec center for the kids, and daily activities, everyone can find something to do. Escondido is a quaint burb of San Diego with many cool breweries and wineries for the grownups. Would recommend to anyone with kids looking for a low key vacation of a week or less."

"Awesome ocean view, stayed in a wrap around room with great balcony views of the city skyline and Pacific beach. Awesome staff and the area was safe and family friendly. A 1 minute walk to the beach.. can’t beat that. "
