“What an amazing find. Due to my disability, we needed somewhere to stay, that would suit my mobility issues. This place was perfect. We had the ground floor room and it was beautiful, so no stairs to climb and it did not look like an accessible room. We were greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Anna. Although only 21 she was fluent in English. She told us the best restaurants and eateries around us, as well as just being there to answer any queries we may have had. We were literally……

“This small hotel is in an absolutely perfect location, right at the heart of the historical centre of Chania. There were absolutely no problems with the self-service check-in, and the room was absolutely lovely, with some quaint features and a welcome drink and sweets. Finding a parking space close enough to the hotel can be a problem, but the manager had made some good suggestions about parking options, so ultimately that did not prove to be a massive deal. “If I could give 10 stars, instead of just 5, I would! Eva, Nicos, and all the gals were so accommodating and amazingly helpful and generous. We got very spoiled by all of them, especially Eva! We stayed in the smallest room they have but it worked great. You have to be prepared going in that it is very small. Smaller than most US hotel rooms.
