“Place was very affordable but there were small indicators that cleanliness was not up to par. There were loose dark brunette hairs in the bathroom and shower that were obviously not ours, (we have blonde hair) and the security door latch was missing. The room did not match the advertised photos on the website but other than cleanliness and the door latch missing, the room was very very affordable and worked in a pinch.”

“The room was ok. Besides the carpet feeling kind of damp and sticky, everything seemed really clean. The bed made me feel like I was sleeping on rocks, but they were clean and nicely made. The receptionist was sweet but spoke really quietly, so I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. All in all, it was a decent stay. ”

“This place was exactly what it was needed for, clean comfortable bed, shower and toilet where all properly functioning and the A/C kept me comfortable during sleep. The building is old and has its quirks but I still recommend if all you need is a comfortable bed and nice hot shower this is perfect!”

“This hotel was convenient for access to the venue, nothing special. The parking lot was dark and not very safe. Bathtub had several rust stains and pillows were lumpy. Loved the location and ease of getting in and out. ”

“We had the absolute best trip to Dallas for the eclipse & staying here was there cherry on top! The space was awesome with absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor area with an amazing pool was where we spent most of our time! Super private in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Haley was very helpful & communicative & check-in/out were a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area.”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”
