“The apartment enjoys a central location in the lovely quaint coastal town of Southwold. A very comfortable, spacious flat with plenty of shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The bedrooms are on a slightly lower level to the living room and kitchen area and would benefit from some sort of coloured strip to draw your attention to this as the flooring is all one uniform colour. An accident waiting to happen! Otherwise a really nice place to stay.”

Also there seemed to be a difference between the info on hotels dot com and the places own website. But other than that, the room was lovely, well equipped, clean, comfortable. “So, first of all the English breakfast. Have to pay extra for mushrooms (how rude and hence only 4 stars for it) but a good choice of continental food, cereal, yoghurt, pastries, jams. The room (I stayed in the lodge) very clean and spacious room however the radiator didn't seem to be working although towel rail in bathroom was but there was enough space for a wheelchair. Staff are diligent and friendly (both day and night) and I advised on the faulty socket in my room. I've stayed here before……
