"Parking $40 a night. Have to park at a different hotel nearby. Room was clean and updated. Hallways to rooms dated and the elevator situation was a little odd. Shower had very low pressure."

"When we arrived they claimed they had plumbing issues on the floor we were to be on...okay understandable so they then said they moved us over to the Hilton up the road...score!!! Or so we thought....once we checked into the Hilton we were put on a floor that had Hockey tournament players to which we couldbt even step off the elevator as they were having a pizza party in the hallway and thr noise was unbearable so we went out walking instead...they also placed us in a handicapped accessibility room. Not exactly how I imagined our night away in Niagra, and lord knows you spend enough to do such. I feel if youre going to move people for your inconvenience then why put them into another inconvenient situation. "
