“The staff were nice and polite, they swapped our towels each day and took out the trash. It is dated but that was expected, as we travel a lot for work. It is close to the gas station, and the train. It didn't bother us at all. My husband liked the pillows and I brought mine from home.”

“Well the ice machine is down and wasn’t working. For customers that are staying they should be having the ice machine fixed and going at all times. The door lock was broken. The toilet didn’t flush without flushing two or three times. The bed night stand fell off the wall in the middle of the night scared me and my mom. Went and reported it right away. I took pictures of the night stand and the door lock cause I was not gonna be accused of anything. It is horrible that the guests are never told……

“Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

“Not a comfortable place to stay. Smelled like bleach. Mattress old worn and dirty. Hair from previous visitor in shower. Would not choose this motel again. May be okay for some but I was not comfortable.”
