“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. ”

“Great location and good size for our family. However, the description on the site was very clear that a fully functioning kitchen was available. While there was a microwave, espresso machine, toaster and oven, no stove were available. The top of the oven had a cutting board and if you lifted it, it seemed as that was were the stove. With two children with Autism this was a challenge as they are picky eaters and we picked this place because it was advertised with a full functioning kitchen.”

“We went to Copenhagen to get married on a Wednesday. Our stay was booked from monday to Friday. We were supposed to have emails from the property on how to enter the room since there is no front desk. We had no emails and when we arrived we had to sit in the airport for an extra 2 hours trying to sort it out with the website. Come to find out we weren't receiving instructions because the room was double booked. After it was sorted we stayed at the property in a different apartment...great! The……

"The hotel is about 7-10min walk from the metro station. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance. The room is small (but not as small as those in downtown Japan), especially the shower tub. The basic room clean-up (i.e. trash clean-up) had to be reminded twice. Those 5 elevators are effecient and fast to accommodate numerous hotel guests. The staff at receiption were efficient to handle check-ins. Room rate is a bit over. But given the location and the cleaniness, the alternative in that area is limited."
