"We stayed 4 nights. We did not recieve any room service, at all. They use a text for service system, and though i texted for service and towels, daily, we got no service and needed to ask for clean towels, nightly. We had to ask for an industrial trash bag to put all if the trash from the week into it, since we did not recieve service. There was also a very large mound of towels in the bathroom, as we are a family if 4 whom showered each day, but due to having no service, dirty towels never got taken. The texting system does not seem to be the best option, but the room itself was clean and the staff was friendly. "

"Hotel is currently under a lot of renovations…. Staff was wonderful, but the rooms in the Hill House are not great. I’m sure they’ll improve with the renovation. "

"Overall, everything was fine, but the shower was a little hard to figure out. It seemed to only dispense scalding hot or freezing water and made a terrible screech if the water pressure was turned up too high."

"This motel is great for a one-night last-min ski trip. You get what you pay for. No frills and the rooms are outdated but the location was great for skiing and a fraction of the cost of everything else around. I will definitely be back. "

"Perfect for our group of 5! Plenty of beds - not bunks - for everyone to get a good night's sleep! We like cooking in and sharing good food - kitchen layout is great for everyone to "do their thing". Hoping it will be available next year for our same, 25 year old tradition! Thank you Wendy!"

"Clean room and bathroom, close to Franconia shops, Janice is such a lovely person - she always makes my stay wonderful. Excellent water pressure also, and comfy beds."

"David was an amazing host. It was so easy to communicate with him regarding any issues that arose, and we found the house cozy and perfect for our families needs. The house is in such a great location, and the views were amazing, especially while soaking in the hot tub! We will definitely plan to stay at this property again!"
