Great first beach trip
The condo was clean and thoughtfully stocked for a great beach experience. Appreciated the beach set ups, beach towels, sunscreen and start up kits for all basics. Washer/dryer in the unit is awesome. Beds comfortable, secure and safe feeling property. Particularly loved beach access without needing to cross a busy street!

Perfect location
Beachfront condo-great location and so nice to not have to cross the busy street to get to the beach. Also, the condo is well equipped for children-games, beach toys and plastic dishes. Great for a family with young children. Stacy was great at answering emails and questions at the beginning of our stay but I never heard back from her after I let her know the AC went out in the second bedroom during the last night of our stay.

Fantastic beach vacation
This property was perfect for our last minute beach vacation for spring break. The location is super convenient to all of the Galveston Island attractions but is removed enough from "downtown" to be relaxing, and having the private beach access and pool is great. The unit is nicely furnished and was very clean for our stay. The owners have been very thoughtful in the amenities they provide such as beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon, etc. We truly had everything we could have possibly needed so we could focus on having fun. Our only complaint, and something the owner can't control, is that the unit is very close to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper or hoping to hear the ocean, just be aware that you will have some traffic noise. Overall, this is a great property and we will definitely consider staying again next time we are in Galveston.

Girls Trip
This is the fourth time we have stayed here and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! The location is quiet, away from the busy side of the island. You can’t beat the view as well as being steps away from the ocean. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Anniversary Getaway
Everything about the property is exactly as described. We loved being steps away from the beach and the heated pool and hot tub. Fully stocked with beach towels, coffee, cookware and glassware, it was easy to just stay in. Coffee and dinner on the balcony were perfect. Close to town, but tucked away so you could be anywhere in a short time but fully enjoy the beach life. We can’t wait to go back!

The host had thought of everything! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The beach gear was a plus! The views were beautiful and we loved the direct access to the beach. Only negatives weren’t things owner could control like the brightness of security lights that lit up the bedroom at night and the noisy upstairs guests who seemed to be moving furniture and walking all night. We love Seascape resort! The pool and hot tubs were well maintained and easy to access.

This condo is beautiful! The decor was perfect for a relaxed, beach vibe. The host has thought of so many details to make the stay very comfortable. We really felt the listing undersells and overdelivers. The coffee bar is outstanding, and the books and games provided great entertainment on rainy days. Would definitely stay here again!

We love to visit Galveston each year, and of all of the places that we have stayed, this is one of the best! Beautifully decorated with a touch of luxury, awesome views, and very clean with the bonus of being right on the beach! Loved the location too - close enough for meals and shopping, yet away from the noise. We will be back again!

We had a great stay. It was just 3 of us, so although the space is small, it worked well. The location is fantastic with great parking. We really enjoyed the heated pool area. The unit was really clean and nicely furnished. My husband loved the big TVs and cable as well as streaming. The plus for me was that the kitchen had plenty of extras like salt and pepper, baggies, extra dish soap, laundry pods, etc so you had what you needed. This makes all the difference if you plan to have breakfast or lunches in. We had one minor issue when we were there and the owner responded immediately. Excellent! One small disappointment was the unit is close to the street side, so we heard traffic when on the patio ( but not in the unit). Overall a great stay!

Wonderful beach getaway
Beautiful and very well kept condo. We’re really glad that we chose this particular property & can’t wait to return in the future. The furnishing were beautiful & it was a nice peaceful week. The location is excellent with direct access to the quieter end of the beach, but also just at the end of the seawall, so a quick ride into all the attractions & restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice quite beach getaway.

Perfect! ON THE BEACH! Very easy access to the water! Great security! Friendly people all around! Our unit provided so many things! Two wonderful bedrooms with comfortable beds: of course, sheets towels But also beach towels: wagon, beach chairs, Kids beach toys: washer/dryer with detergent! Coffee pot with coffee, creamer, sugar tea! Paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher & DW soap!! Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel & NOT just those tiny hotel version bottles! If course as most condos: dishes, utensils, pots, pans, everything needed to cook! Seriously, of all the condos we have reserved we have never been provided with so many necessary things. I truly recommend these owners!!!

Great Vacation!
Great Condo and location. Check-in is very easy and security guard is very helpful. The condo is very clean and has many of the essentials you might need. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! The beach is a short walk and it was great to have a wagon and chairs in the unit. The pool area is clean and the staff was always helpful (suggestions for dinner). The location is just a short drive to the strip and the strand and is very peaceful, not as much traffic and noise. Some of the restaurants we enjoyed were the Black Pearl, Brick House Tavern an Grill and Coopers Landing which is right across the street from the condo. This was a great condo for our group of four and we would definitely recommend.
