"Room smelled, blow dryer did not work, Breakfast was not typical for breakfast service, pool area was dirty, food stains on carpet in lobby, room had two pillows only, found two hair scrunches in the shower, when asked for more towels we were told that this was their last four, house keeping never stoped by to ask for dirty towels, or trash removal, reciptionst was not up front when needed. Receptionist was nice though butbit seemed like she was the only care taker there."

"Always great place to stay. Unfortunate they don’t monitor the no kids after 11:00 in the pool area policy they have. We gambled and then expected to be able to relax in pool and hot tub after 11:00 pm only to find 6-10 kids splashing around and yelling. Obviously parents were no where to be found."

"The pool staff were incompetent. 1 staff member was sleeping on duty. Guests had to forcibly take tubes from each other to make them give them up due to lack of availability & poor "traffic control" on slides. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly & hotel was clean. Breakfast ran out of some items midway through, but it was adequate considering it was complimentary. "

"super clean rooms, water park was perfect for my 3 and 5 year old. only thing i wasn’t super happy about was the water park doesn’t open till 9am. kids are up early so waiting for several hours to open wasn’t great. wish it would open earlier but otherwise very impressed. we’ll be going back for sure "
