“Lovely, spacious apartment. Only niggle is that the next door restaurant bar could be a little loud, especially during our stay when it was SXSW. It might be quieter during a different time of year.”

“Everything the host has control of was great. The only negative I would say is that it is on the second story, so not ideal for small kids. Neighbors got upset with us at one point. ”

“This is a great spot with a very "hotel" vibe. The majority of this building is vacation rentals, and they have staff onsite that cleans and maintains everything. The location is awesome - right at the south end of Rainey near the trail and walking distance from tons of bars and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the checkout is actually 10am, not 11am as listed. This was a surprise via email the night before we checked out. There is also NO free parking as the listing states.
