"The cabin is perfectly set off from the lake and in good walking distance to the Village and boat rentals. Kitchen is fulling stocked with dishes, pots, pans and coffee pot etc... Little table for two set cutely up.... Beds were nice with gel mattress, and bedding with pillows new and clean.. Bathroom clean... Shower/Tub looked like maybe someone replaced the shower head and did clean up after replacement... could have been rinsed down.... We will defiantly be staying again :-) possibly...

"It was a nice family getaway. The 4th bedroom wasn't really a "bedroom".It was a futon bed. The fooseball game was a miniature one. The house has a spooky vibe with all the extra closets that were locked but hey, it's Halloween Watch out for the gigantic teddy bear 藍 we squeezed it to make sure there wasn't someone in it for you already.The one thing we came there for was the hot tub and that didn't disappoint, even tho we were in there for only 2hrs the whole trip overall, it was a great place to stay."

"This was the perfect place for a family of 12. Beautiful views and nice cool weather was awesome after a long summer in Phoenix. This house had enough towels for 5 teenage girls and that's a first. This was our first time in Big Bear and enjoyed everything except for the rain on Sunday. Our grandkids went on the Zipline and the alpine coaster. We also enjoyed the rodeo and how close we were to everything. The only problem we had was not being able to figure out how to turn the oven on. I sent a message and Karen got back to me in 2 minutes. We would definitely recommend this cabin for any group big or small."

I was incorrect, only certain areas of BBL are open to the public making this a pain point for our stay. The trash situation is kind of annoying and should be made known ahead of time, but overall had a great weekend with a more than adequate home base. Would return"
