"Had a great stay at this hotel. Traveled with my husband and small dog. Very pet and kid friendly, park adjacent to property. Walkable from restaurants and local eateries. Loved our room, bedding and shower amenities. Property and rooms are kept very clean. Would have appreciated water bottles (even if reusable), coffee/tea maker in room or commissary with items for purchase in lobby. Lovely stay, highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The place is well maintained and the staff is fantastic. They have great amenities for the entire family. We definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a 5 star stay that is reasonably priced and near all the main attractions within the town. David the general manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of with all of our needs."

"This was the perfect place for a family of 12. Beautiful views and nice cool weather was awesome after a long summer in Phoenix. This house had enough towels for 5 teenage girls and that's a first. This was our first time in Big Bear and enjoyed everything except for the rain on Sunday. Our grandkids went on the Zipline and the alpine coaster. We also enjoyed the rodeo and how close we were to everything. The only problem we had was not being able to figure out how to turn the oven on. I sent a message and Karen got back to me in 2 minutes. We would definitely recommend this cabin for any group big or small."
