“First and last time I will ever stay at this property! We checked in seen construction going on all was ok that's a given no problem with that .. then the pool area was shut down also think that should be given a heads up .. there were moter cycles in and out Music loud as ever during evening hours we went to lay down to sleep at 900/915 and there goes the music I called down to ask front desk to ask them to turn it down there were people trying to sleep .. no one went outside as I watch from……

“The room was clean but the exhaust fan in the bathroom made a LOT OF NOISE. The front desk staff was not very welcoming or friendly!!!”

“Did not like that the hallway had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Therefore, our nonsmoking room had a light smoke smell. Therefore was cosmetic pencil left on the bathroom floor showing the floor had not been cleaned.”

“We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time……
