“Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. The steps leading up to the property definitely kept us fit, however we knew about this before booking and the owner kindly left us a bottle of prosecco in the fridge to help us recover, which was a lovely little touch! “The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen.……

“On the last day when electricity power off we were unable to do anything. We all were in deep thinking. When I was searching everywhere how to switch on the power found that electricity power will be on if we insert a £1 Coin. That made me surprised which I never see. However the holiday house was very nice and the area too.”
