“漂亮舒適的飯店，隨然房間偏小是一個缺點，但客服人員從前台到餐廳到房務，都非常親切友善，人情味滿滿。 地點也很方便，就在st Jame’s park旁邊，步行到白金漢宮只要6分鐘。 一家四口旅行，包含兩個讀國中的青少年，共入住9個晚上，非常美好的住宿經營。 飯店同時有旅遊資訊櫃檯，不論是旅遊規劃還是到餐廳介紹、自助洗衣，都會詳細解說，真的非常便利旅客。 大大推薦。”

“The location is very cinvenient, and the hotel staff are very nice and friendly which impressed me, but the room is too small and even much older in comparison of other same price level hotels. honestly speaking, I would rather stay in the other nearby hotel such as Amba Hotel with almost the same price.”
