“This is a tough one. The room itself was clean no issues there but the hallways & the actual property itself was not clean. The hallway looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed ever!! There was no ice in the ice machine. We knew from reading review the breakfast was no hot breakfast or nothing fancy at all but when we went down all that was left was 2 bagels & 2 types of cereal. I tried to get both oj & apple juice & they were empty. So we walked away eating b absolutely nothing for breakfast. For……

“Hotel staff was amazing ”

“If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying……

“Clean room”

“Locates in Grove city, restaurant and shopping malls are in walking distance. However, there is some noise in the morning due to it's under renovation right now. The reception is so great to allow me to early check in at 7am, which is very important for me who just finished two overnight flights. ”
