“Place was super clean and host was accommodating to a late checkout for our specific date. Kitchen is well-stocked. Easy parking and very close to Grover Beach (very short drive or doable walk if not lugging lots of items.) Corner coffee shop and bakery were excellent.The master bed is on the firmer side, for those who wish for a cushier mattress. I was fine. The sofa folds out for night sleeping.The vestibule has a stairway that leads to the upstairs rental (studio?). This rental unit has……

“Because of the rainy weather, we spent more time than we had planned to, at the 'Sandy Feet Retreat'. It was great. Clean, welcoming, and family friendly. We look forward to visiting again!”

“Great layout with nice outdoor space and a fun games room. Beds were comfy and we liked the easy drive to pismo, outlets and SLO. Also cool that the closest beach you can drive onto. ”

“The location to Grover Beach/Pismo Beach was very good. Also it is close proximity to picking up groceries or having Instacart deliver. The only down side was not having extra bedding in the rooms in case it is needed during a more than two night stay. Other than that it was great. Also a word of advice if you want to drive on Grover beach to hang out they have a 1000 car maximum so you need to go early pick up yourv $5 pass with In and Out access and you will be set.”

“I liked it a lot but the only thing I didn’t like was that my room was very close to the highway so it was very noisy.”

“That hotel was a kind of shock for us. I have to admit that room was clean and comfortable, but it is a small roadside motel, rather than hotel, in a very unattractive area. No amenities at all. Room’s window faced a wall. Other rooms face a loud and busy street, so we were actually lucky. It was OK for us to spend a night on our road trip, but definitely do not recommend.”

“The bed was on a heavy frame. It was hard to sleep on. It’s making a lot of noise. Just remember where we’re at we didn’t really like it! My back hurt bad couldn’t really move on the bed. ”
