“One of our rooms had not been cleaned. Were able to get another room but door would not lock properly. Property seems to be in the middle of a remodel but not really ready. Gym not open and only one elevator worked and it was beat up looking. The TV only got 4 channels. We were only needing one night but if we needed more we would have left.”

“Pool closed. Staff tried to scam us for more money. Showed them in writing the pet fees on Expedia and referred back to the amount he also told us in the beginning and then he kept trying to raise it and when I showed him he was wrong he said oh I am new but it’s his family running the property and he was laughing. He thinks it is ok to try to scam a disabled retired veteran with Parkinson’s for more money. Horrible experience.”

“A very nice property. Superb staff. Great amenities. Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. This property is a credit to the IHG group. Highly recommended. Conveniently located for easy access to the toll roads.”
