“They allowed our dog, which was great for a reasonable price. However, the morning we left her food bowl was filled with ants inside the room. The bathroom needs a deep clean. There was leftover hair. In the corners of the floor were dirty. The pool look like it needed to be cleaned. We didn’t swim in it. It was kind of brown on the bottom. But we weren’t there to swim and play. We were there for a sport tournament so we didn’t spend a whole lot of time besides sleeping. The gentleman who……

“Just a horrible place to stay dirty and it’s a homeless hotel. Price reflects how horrible it is!”

“Loved the tower room with the brick walls and very comfy chaise longue. Nice and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my taste. Watched the 4th of July fireworks from the back stairs. Enjoyed the fire pit. Breakfast was okay. Coffee nice and strong. Good location. Could walk everywhere. Easy free parking.”

“What a great place to stay! The staff was amazing and maintained our room daily ( clean towels and bed sheets). Bed was very comfortable, slept great . Parking on site and pet friendly. Checking in and checking out was quick and easy. Is walking distance to downtown Petaluma. Will definitely stay here again; highly recommend!!! Thank you for a great stay!!”

“The place was so welcoming, clean and Eric was great at communications for entering and eateries near by (many) just a perfect visit. If I could rate a place more than a 5 star, this would be it.”

“Decent hotel, just needs an update. The room was aged and the toilet water pressure was scary. We didn’t want to have to call maintenance, so we were very careful. They employees were great and the food was awesome as well. Have the Greek donuts for desert with ice cream!”

“The front desk staff (we mostly had Blanca) was quite helpful and friendly when dealing with us. The room however was not the best we have experienced. Yes, the room was clean and relatively quiet, the wifi worked, and the bed was comfortable (loved that each bed had 4 pillows). However, we had only two sets of towels (for a three night stay), two hangers, and one chair. Also the ironing board we requested (since there was none there when we arrived) nearly fell apart when I opened it to use.……
