“I truely enjoyed my stay”

“We had a family group for a college graduation. We needed plenty of rooms, kitchen, and good location. This property had it all and was great! We could easily walk or drive to Harvard Square. Entrance is in the back and has 6-8 stairs up to a deck and back door. On the first floor are a large bedroom and full bath, good for anyone with mobility issues. The second floor has a full bath and third floor has a half bath. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. All went well……

“Momo's apartment is large and hospitable, and in a great location, in walking distance of restaurants, bars, and public transportation. It can easily accommodate a group, and the parking spot is a major bonus in this area!Momo was extremely friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!”

“This is a great house in a nice area and a good location to get around Boston. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. It was a clean property and perfect for our stay to attend BU graduation. Communication was easy and quick. I highly recommend.”

“This property worked perfectly for my family of 5. It is an apartment within a larger home located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The descriptions about the rental are accurate in terms of of the layout and the accessibility to transportation. We appreciated being able to have access to and park our rental car on the property, while being close enough to use public transportation. “We had a great time at the property. The host gave us everything we needed and the kids loved the spiral staircase. We loved the history of the house and you cannot beat the location. We would stay here again! ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
