What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. the same warm and welcoming woman at the reception desk greeted me again this year, and she continues to go above and beyond in every interaction. Centrally situated, you’re within easy reach of everything Cambridge has to offer, no fuss, no long commutes, just walk out the door and you’re there. "Fees were a bit unexpected and excessive. Also didn’t get our proposed Expedia VIP discount for food and beverage. Other than that, I love the hotel and the location. Great spot for a Boston Marathon runner!"

"The rooms were a bit on the small side, but we had a split room so we had two full bathrooms. They were clean and modern and quiet. The T was right across the street so it was easy (and cheaper) to get around without having to Uber everywhere. Lots of nearby stores and places to eat. The rooms had a coffee machine and small refrigerator, but the only microwave was in the business center in the basement, so keep that in mind. Helpful and friendly staff!"

"The front desk staff were really patient and helpful. The room is spotless clean and the bath room has a Dyson hair dryer which is really nice. The free breakfast is fresh however with limited selections. It’s next to the metro and in a very convenient location. Overall, we love our at stay at this small but comfortable hotel!"
