“The guy at the front desk was very nice. The parking was easy. That concludes the good. The bathroom was a hygiene catastrophe. The smell (like dried urine) was so bad I just don’t know how a cleaner could walk out and feel ok about someone using it. To top it off there was no shower curtain. I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for one like it was some kind of luxury upgrade. They handed it over to have me install myself. Please charge a few more dollars and pay your staff. “Its a very nice, clean and spacious room. The counter is friendly too. I made a fool of myslef, when I swipe the door key card and pulled the handle down. It didn't open the door. Went down to the friendly counter, then finds out, instead of pulling dow , you need to pull up the handle to open the door. It is a interesting way of opening door.”

“Fitted sheet didn't fit, 2 sizes too small. Corners of bed were protruding and a safety hazard. TV went out twice. Towels have never seen fabric softener. Couldn't see out the window it was so dirty. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was marginal. Expected more from a Hilton partner, won't stay again.”

“This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. The property is in an easy location……

“Excellent in every aspect. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and responded to any issue, and the breakfast was amazing! ”

“Good for a no-frills stay. You can tell it's an older building, but the room was still nice and clean. The water pressure left something to be desired however, and there was not a trash can in the bathroom (only in the room itself). It was good for the price, but we did get woken up the first morning by (what we believe were) housekeepers speaking very loudly in Spanish. ”
