“The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The pillows are half the size of a normal standard pillow, so bring your own. The shower head barely worked and water pressure was very low. ”

“Tiny amount of water in shower no HOT water so couldn’t shower. Random full sized fridge in our room that was not plugged in and smelled horrid inside. It wasn’t needed since we had a mini fridge. It we found in the am our items all frozen. Smelled horrible in our room and we were uncomfortable with even taking our shoes and socks off. When we checked in the attendant said we hadn’t booked a PET room and after some harassment said we would have to pay almost what we paid for the room for the……

“Guy checked me in the wrong room and then had me move or pay extra. Wouldn’t be a problem but it was 1am and I was exhausted. The hotel wasn’t even fully booked. ”

“The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.”

“No coffee make as the room details state. Room was dirty, I had to get Clorox wipes to go over bathroom floor before I would use it. ”

“Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly……
